A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Unlike a midwife or OB, I don’t provide medical care. Instead, I’m here to guide, encourage, and help you feel supported while your healthcare provider focuses on clinical needs. Think of me as your constant, calming presence through it all, providing practical and hands-on support where you need it most!
